Registration Payment Policy

All payments must be in U.S. dollars.  Individual registration forms received at the Early Bird rate without FULL PAYMENT will qualify for the discounted rate if we receive full payment on or before January 31, 2017.  After this date, each individual registrant will be assessed the current rate effective on the date that we receive full payment.  If full payment is not received by February 15, 2017, we reserve the right to cancel your conference registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on February 15, 2017.  To receive a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee, submit an email to LaTonya Blount at  Due to financial obligations incurred by the SREC, refunds will not be available to those submitting a written request after this deadline.

Registrants that do not attend the conference and do not contact LaTonya Blount (via written correspondence as stated above) will forfeit all paid registration fees.

Replacement/Transfer Policy

In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, SREC will accept the substitution of a business colleague/co-worker until 5:00 p.m. EST on March 1, 2017. The original registrant, or person paying, MUST submit the replacement’s name and contact information in writing to  After this date, transfers must be completed on-site during the conference.
